WWII Project-Due April 15

Choose a topic of your choosing in WWII History.  Topic MUST be linked (a link which you will be required to make) to American History

Part 1

Prepare a hyperlinked report explaining the key elements of your topic:

-Who

-What

-Where

-When

-Why

-How

The length of the hyperlinked project will vary, but it should not exceed 5 pages.

Part 2

Prepare a 5-10 minute visual presentation for the class.  The presentation needs to be presentable on the computer, and can be recorded and played to the class.  Regardless of whether or not it is recorded, you will need to answer questions from both classmates and Mr. Lockwood to prove that you have mastered the materials.  Your presentation will be videoed in class.

The completed written portion is due April 15 at 8:00 PM.  The presentations to class will begin April 16 (Hudson will go first to set an example) and will be assigned no more than two days in advance.

Due April 1

Read Chapter 27, section 2 and complete the section review questions with "A" quality answers.

We will have a quiz over it using the questions from Quizlet on Wednesday, April 1.

Due Monday, March 9

Read Chapter 27, section 1 and complete the section review questions with "A" quality answers.

We will have a quiz over the section using the questions from Quizlet on Monday, March 9.

Essay question:  Why was the League of Nations reaction to Mussolini's invasion and defeat of Ethiopia important for setting a precedent which would eventually lead to WWII?
